The strategic position of Enugu state among south eastern states, and the prominent position occupied by the Enugu State sons and daughters in the Information Technology Industry were also deciding factors.
In addition to the successful visit to the Governor, the Conference LOC has been established and preparations are in top gear. Already apart from Nike Lake Resort, the Conference venue, NCS LOC has negotiated with over 17 hotels regarding accommodation for delegates.
