The Nigeria Computer Society (NCS) is calling for participation in the 2014 National Information Technology Whiz Kids Competition for Secondary Schools. The competition for secondary schools starts from the state level and moves to the zonal level where zonal winners emerge from the six geo-political zones in the country.
Winners from the six zones compete at the grand finale and the final winners are awarded with scholarship, computer products, cash prizes and consolation prizes. Grace High School, Gbagada, Lagos State represented by Olusanya Kenneth and Ogbonmide Tolu emerged winners of the 2013 National Information Technology Whizkids Competition.
Designated zones for Whiz Kids zonal competitions are: South-East, South-South, South-West, North-West, North-East, North-Central, Abuja,
Interested Secondary Schools should complete the registration form online for two (2) candidates with evidence of payment of N2, 000.00 (Two thousand naira only per school) registration fee. Only students from SS1 to SS2 are eligible to participate.

Stages:

Stage 3: Grand Finale in Enugu State – July 23rd -25th , 2014

Awards
