Aladekomo is new NCS President, as NCS holds 2011 conference and elects New National Executive Council

Mr. Demola Aladekomo, Managing Director of Chams Plc has been elected President of the Nigeria Computer Society (NCS).  The new National Executive Council of the NCS emerged in keenly contested elections at the NCS Annual General Meeting on Friday July 29, 2011 at the International Conference Centre in Abuja.The NCS is the umbrella organization of all Information Technology Professionals, Interest Groups and Stakeholders in Nigeria.

The Nigeria Computer Society NCS has announced a Call for participation and papers for its 24th National Conference holding in Uyo, Akwa Ibom State, Nigeria from Wednesday 25th to Friday 27th, July 2012. The Conference theme is: “Towards a Cashless Nigeria: Tools and Strategies”.

The Nigeria Computer Society NCS has announced that the 10^th International Conference – Information Technology for People-Centred Development (ITePED 2011) will hold from Monday July 25 to Friday July 29, 2011. The  Venue is : International Conference Centre, Abuja, Federal Capital Territory, FCT, Nigeria.

Call for Papers: Papers are invited from NCS members, members of other professional bodies and the general public based on the Theme and Sub-themes of the Conference.
