7 Apr 2011 – The African Children Cyber Safety Initiative (ACCSI) of the African Information Security Association (AISA) intends to mark the 2011 World Telecommunication and Information Society Day (WTISD) with the theme: “Better Life and Security with ICTs for Children in rural communities”.

It requires technical ICT competence as well as mastery of issues that include: Digital certificates, authentication, encryption keys, VPNs, Firewalls and intrusion detection, Business Availability, etc.
