The IT world, digital revolution is the knowledge society, the knowledge economy. The emphasis on knowledge naturally begs questions about learning. IT is associated with learning. At Jidaw we often describe the IT industry as a knowledge intensive industry.
Learning is beyond simply learning during childhood, learning in the classroom, or learning to pass exams. As we chalk up one experience after the other, where are we really headed without learning? No matter how experienced you are, in the absence on new knowledge on regular basis we can’t really fulfill our individual potential. It’s easy to get caught up in our day to day activities.

Get value from certification by embracing the concept of lifelong learning. Doing enough to learn on the job? Constant renewal is not option; it is a necessity. Investing in any of the learning options do not remove the need for continuous self-development. The world of constant change requires a lifelong commitment to learning.
